Kids Club is going strong with between
50-60 kids attending the kick off on September 18th at Marr Park.
The committee would like to thank all who helped with cookies, as well as Ruth
Miller, Bertie Miller, and Joni McCarter for serving. Thanks also are due to
Myron Rees and Neil Megchelson for driving the hay rides, as well as to Laura
Scheetz and Angelina Umarova (an exchange student from Kazakhstan) for sharing
games from her country. Pastor Jason was on hand to share a message with all
attending.
Kids’ Club will be meeting each
Wednesday night at 6:30 through November 6th. At the last Fall Session on the 6th
everyone will share a harvest meal to praise God for our bountiful harvest. The
students will share with their family what they have been learning while
participating in the program. Further details will be sent home with the
students.
